SHIPPING POLICY
Here at Dalray Paint, we do our very best to our Limewash on its way to you ASAP, so that you can get painting and renovating!
Dispatch
We ship orders Monday to Friday. Most of the time, we will ship on the same day that you place an order. At a maximum, your order will be dispatched within 3 - 4 business days.
Tracking information
Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive an email with your tracking link so you can stay up to date with where your order is at.
Delivery times
Delivery times are tricky to provide these days. You’ll be able to check your unique delivery estimate provided by Australia Post via the tracking link in your email with the subject “Your order has been shipped!”. Generally, once shipped, your order will be delivered in 3 - 5 business days.
Shipping
We ship to Australia and New Zealand. Unfortunately we currently do not offer shipping to any other countries - sorry!
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
You are entitled to ask for a refund within 30 days of receiving the product if the product has been unopened, if the product is faulty or if you are not satisfied. The deadline for asking for a refund is 30 days from the date on which you received your order.
If you wish to receive a refund, you can request a refund by emailing info@dalray.com.au. From there, you will be provided with the address to return your order. You will be required to pay for the return shipping.
For the refund, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the order.
